Upper Canada Native Art
Went here a earlier this yr exploring NOTL and bought syrup made by a indigenous and female owned company that was delicious as well as some native art. The smaller framed art has a short bio of the artist in the back which I thought was a nice touch. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area again!

Upper Canada Native Art
The store specializes in Inuit and Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) art celebrating and promoting Canadian Native Artisans. The store has stuff ranging from winter gear such as gloves, hats, scarfs to home decor and art pieces. The collection is unique and artisanal but I found the prices a little expensive.

Wow beautiful art and the artists are paid properly before it's sold in this shop. So that means they are paid a fair price for their amazing work and the shop just takes a smaller selling price

We stopped in on our way to a show at the Shaw Festival. I am so glad we did. Tom, owner, is very knowledgeable and helpful. We've collected Inuit sculpture over the years and after chatting a bit, Tom pulled out an amazing owl with baby owl that we just had to have and bought. The range of items in the store is impressive and the prices are quite reasonable. We also bought two walrus sculptures and a necklace (for my wife). We will back when we get to Niagara on the Lake next month. The quality, price, and selection here makes a trip to Toronto stores unnecessary.
